What you'll do:

Meet members where and when it works for them Provide tailored mortgage solutions and coordinate end-to-end fulfillment, with a focus on long term planning Promote Affinity's full suite of banking and wealth services Build strong community and real estate sector connections

What you've got:

Post-secondary education + 3 years' related experience (mortgage/real estate preferred), or an equivalent combination of education and experience Proven sales ability with a member-first mindset Comfort with digital tools and remote work
