We're hiring Mortgage Advisors across the GTA, Vancouver, and Calgary to join our

BPO Mortgage Advisor Team

-- a high-growth division focused on helping our partner's wealth management advisors serve their clients with smarter mortgage solutions.

You'll be empowered to build your business from a base of opportunity, not from scratch.

What You'll Do

Own and develop a regional territory with

exclusive rights

to assigned accounts. Act as the go-to mortgage expert for financial advisors within your territory. Proactively build and maintain relationships with financial advisors from partner firms to drive referral volume. Support clients from initial consultation through funding, leveraging best-in-class tech tools and centralized support. Drive lead growth through business development, events, and account management.
Over time, grow your practice by building a team under you (if desired).

What We're Looking For

Licensed

mortgage professional in your province (Ontario, BC, or Alberta).

Proven experience

working with financial advisors or within the wealth management ecosystem.
A

go-getter

with a track record of building a book from the ground up. Entrepreneurial mindset with a desire to own and grow your business. Existing relationships within the financial advisors community to support your early ramp-up.
