Job Purpose:
To build brand loyalty among the Centre of Influence (COIs) and target customers within the Mortgage Ecosystem by fulfilling their needs through offering best advice and solutions covering 360-degree banking in a professional and efficient manner.
Area of Responsibility
1.Manage the key performance indicators including COIs establishment, Customer Retention, Lead Referral, Mortgage Funding and Cross-sell products by generating 360-degree banking opportunities through mortgage origination; identify any trends and make recommendations to drive the indicators towards target levels.
2.Promoting a high-performing sales culture by completing the Sales Cycle for each lead from new and existing customers and recording the progress in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) application.
3.Establish business relationships directly with COIs including key promoters in Branch Channel, Mortgage Broker Channel, Real Estate Broker Channel and other business partners in the communities for new customer referrals.
4.Provide latest mortgage products and program information to external COIs and internal Sales teams including branch channel.
5.Promote ICICI brand through attending sales events organized by external professional associations and internal Sales teams including branch channel.
6.Understand the market practices, closely monitor the changes from the peers and make timely suggestions to enhance the underwriting, fulfilment and funding process
7.Coordinate with all stakeholders including COIs, Financial Service Officers, Branch Managers, NRI Relationship Managers, Mortgage Brokers and other business partners for collecting feedback, bringing new perspectives and sharing best practices among them.
8.Meet Compliance and Regulatory requirements for the business including Anti-Money Laundering & Anti-Terrorist Financing Policy and OSFI B20 Guideline
9.Cover other work area within the team as necessary
10.Maintain all relevant records as mandated by the Record Management Policy
11.Other duties and responsibilities as assigned from time to time by the reporting manager.
