MOBILE/Security Guard - Full time overnight shifts

Location: CALGARY AREA

We are seeking FULL-TIME position for Mobile/Security guard for the Calgary area.

Must have a valid security guard license

Must have a driver's license

No more that 3 demerits on the driver's license

1 year driving experience in Canada

Job will require exterior patrols and walking up stairwells

Shifts are Thursday to Saturday and every 2

nd

Wednesday from 1700 to 0500 (84 hrs bi-weekly)

Pay rate $20.80 per hour

RESPONSIBILITIES, but not limited to:

Responsible for the care and upkeep of company vehicle and equipment for the duration of the shift.

Perform patrol duties in accordance with site instructions.

Attends alarms, patrols and any other tasks as directed.

Investigate alarms and report findings to Operations.

Submit all relevant reports and documentation at the end of each shift.

Assist co-workers when required.

Always comply with all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have valid provincial Security Guard License

Must have valid Driver's License

Must be able to read and write English fluently, both verbally and in written format

Must have a valid First Aid and CPR Certification

Must have excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be able to get more training if required

1 or more years of security experience (preferred)

Working knowledge of security operations and procedures

Excellent organizational skills

Able to write routine correspondence, including logs and reports

Basic computer skills such as the ability to use Microsoft Office.

Able to walk, stand, and conduct patrols
