- Operate Hydraulic Mobile Cranes up to 80 tons for loading and unloading of trucks. Stripping new precast elements off deck in morning with single or duel crane lifts.
- Perform rigging operations with all the cranes, hand rigging, and all other tasks as assigned to rigging team.
- Perform pre-operational inspections, including hazard assessments, identify rigging required for tasks, and calculate weights to prepare for rigging and hoisting.
- Maintenance of accessories & rigging.
- Perform routine maintenance work.
- Be able to effectively complete all assigned tasks unsupervised.
- Operate power tools.
- Do other duties in the plant when cranes are not operating.
- Adherence to Rapid-Span\xe2\x80\x99s health and safety program.
- Must have Hydraulic Mobile Crane Level B License or equivalent.
- Must have minimum 3 year\xe2\x80\x99s experience working and rigging with Mobile Cranes.
- Must know all hand signals for directing crane operator.
- Ability to lift, push, and carry 50lbs repeatedly.
- Be able to effectively communicate with team members.
- Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
