This is a hybrid position. Innosphere is seeking a skilled Mobile App Developer with expertise in building applications for both Android and iOS platforms. As a Mobile App Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality mobile applications that provide an exceptional user experience across multiple platforms. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Design and develop native mobile applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Collaborate with product owners, designers, and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into functional applications.
• Ensure optimal app performance, responsiveness, and scalability.
• Implement best practices for mobile app development, including code organization, modularity, and reusability.
• Utilize cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin to build applications that work seamlessly across Android and iOS platforms.
• Develop and maintain a shared codebase, ensuring consistent functionality across platforms.
• Collaborate with designers to create visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces.
• Implement smooth and engaging user experiences, considering usability and accessibility principles.
• Ensure compliance with platform-specific design guidelines for both Android and iOS.
• Perform thorough testing and debugging to identify and resolve issues, ensuring high-quality app releases.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to develop effective testing strategies and ensure app stability.
• Deploy applications to relevant app stores, ensuring compliance with respective guidelines and procedures.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in mobile app development.
• Continuously evaluate and explore new tools, frameworks, and libraries to improve the development process and app performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven professional experience of 5 years as a Mobile App Developer, with a focus on building applications for both Android and iOS platforms.
• Strong proficiency in native development languages such as Kotlin/Java for Android and Swift/Objective-C for iOS.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks like React Native, Flutter, or Xamarin is highly desirable.
• In-depth knowledge of mobile app architecture, design patterns, and best practices.
• Familiarity with app deployment processes and guidelines for both Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to write clean, maintainable code.
• Solid understanding of software development principles and version control systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional team environment.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate technical concepts and collaborate with stakeholders.
