Summary
We are seeking a Front Desk Agent to join our dynamic team at Backs in Action Wellness Centre. This role is essential for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support, ensuring a smooth operation of our clinic while assisting clients on their journey to health and wellness.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients as they arrive at the clinic, ensuring a welcoming environment.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized front desk area.
Handle phone inquiries and provide information about services offered.
Process patient information using electronic medical records efficiently.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure seamless patient care.
Assist with billing and insurance claims as needed.
Requirements
Proven experience in a front desk or administrative role, preferably in a healthcare setting.
Familiarity with medical terminology and electronic medical records systems.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining professionalism.
