What We're Looking For



Proven experience in a

multidisciplinary clinic

or similar healthcare environment. Proficiency with

Jane App

and

direct billing

to extended health insurers. (strong asset) Knowledge of

ICBC

and

WorkSafeBC

claims (strong asset). Strong leadership skills, including managing a team of MOAs and scheduling. Exceptional organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills. Professional and empathetic communication skills, both written and spoken. Ability to handle competing priorities with a calm and collaborative approach. Interest or experience in

social media marketing

(asset).

Key Responsibilities



Oversee patient scheduling, billing, and claims processing. Manage clinic operations, including retail product inventory and sales. Assist patients with bookings, registration, and understanding services offered. Handle direct billing to 3rd-party insurers and liaise with ICBC/WorkSafeBC. Address phone and email inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Maintain medical records and ensure accuracy in documentation. Contribute to clinic marketing and social media strategies (if applicable). Engage with a wide range of practitioners to ensure high-care service to patients
