Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and adaptable

MOA & Clinic Coordinator

to support our network of managed medical clinics in the London area. This position offers a mix of in-clinic, virtual, and on-site work. The ideal candidate is resourceful, organized, and comfortable wearing multiple hats by supporting operations, administration, and supervisory initiatives.

Key Responsibilities



Operational Support:


- Provide day-to-day MOA & operational oversight and administrative support to a variety of clinics in the London area.
- Ensure clinics operate efficiently and maintain a high level of patient care and staff satisfaction.

Staff Coordination & Coverage:


- Assist with staff scheduling, hiring, onboarding, and training.
- Provide on-site support during staff shortages, vacations, or emergencies by covering front desk or MOA duties as needed.

Administrative Tasks:


- Perform various office administration functions including document management, scheduling meetings, data entry, inventory coordination, and assisting the management team with ongoing projects.
- Maintain and update Excel spreadsheets, prepare weekly and monthly KPI reports (operations, finance, patient satisfaction, etc.), and track performance across clinics.

Clinic Setup & Expansion:


- Support new clinic launches and setups, including coordinating logistics, ordering supplies, liaising with vendors, and ensuring smooth openings.

Marketing & Communications:


- Assist with marketing and social media initiatives for partner clinics (e.g., managing clinic Instagram and Facebook pages, posting updates, creating newsletters, and supporting brand campaigns).
- Contribute ideas to enhance patient engagement and community outreach.

Technology & EMR Systems:


- Work with various EMR systems such as Oscar, Avaros, Telus, and Accuro. Support staff with troubleshooting and basic EMR training as needed.

Travel:


- Regularly travel to partner clinic locations in the London area to support clinic operations, provide administrative coverage, and assist with on-site projects.

Qualifications



Strong knowledge of family practice and multidisciplinary clinic operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint). Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities. Comfortable working independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Marketing experience is an asset. Familiarity with EMR systems (Oscar, Avaros, Telus, Accuro) is an asset. Valid

G driver's license

and access to your own vehicle (required).
