Medical Office Assistant (MOA) - Family Practice

Shiloh Health is a small, physician-led family practice in Brentwood Bay providing longitudinal, relationship-based care primarily to elderly patients. We are seeking an organized, reliable and compassionate MOA who values professionalism, continuity of care, and teamwork to join our integrated team. One family physician, one part time UBC Resident Physician, medical student attachments from UBC. Clinical experience (unit clerk/HCA) is an asset.

Key Responsibilities

Front desk reception and patient check-in Appointment scheduling and panel management Phone and electronic message triage Processing referrals, forms, and medical correspondence EMR documentation and workflow support Supporting smooth clinic flow for physicians and patients

Qualifications

MOA certificate or equivalent experience Previous experience in a primary care or family practice setting Strong communication and organizational skills Comfort working with older patients EMR experience (OSCAR or similar an asset)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00-$27.00 per hour

Expected hours: 32 - 40 per week
