Paint est un fabricant de peintures et de produits d'etancheite situe dans l'ouest de Montreal. Nous cherchons a renforcer notre equipe d'operateurs de remplissage pour soutenir nos operations quotidiennes et notre croissance a long terme. Vous vous joindrez a une equipe dynamique composee d'employes de longue date. Nos employes sont nos atouts les plus importants et nous adherons a toutes les reglementations applicables en matiere de sante et de securite.

Poste permanent, temps plein

Horaire de 40 heures par semaine du lundi au jeudi de 7h00 a 17h30

Taux horaire : $28.09

RESPONSABILITES ET FONCTIONS

Se conforme aux regles de securite en vigueur dans l'usine.

Porter les equipements de protection personnels requis par la tache

Garder son espace de travail propre et securitaire

S'approvisionner en matieres premieres requise par la fiche de production

Ajouter et melanger les ingredients selon les instructions de la fiche de production

Operer les disperseurs et les cuves de melange

Rapporter toute deviation de la procedure de fabrication

Supporter et contribuer a ameliorer les processus de fabrication

Coordonner la tache en fonction de la disponibilite des equipements

Suivre les formations requises pour l'accomplissement de la tache

Tout autres taches connexes

QUALIFICATIONS / EXIGENCES

Experience dans l'industrie chimique (un atout)

Secondaire 5 ou l'equivalent

Peut conduire un chariot elevateur

Formation SIMDUT (formation disponible)

Travail physique : soulever des charges de 60 lb

JOB TITLE : BATCHMAKER

JOB DESCRIPTION

Since 1960, UCP Paint is recognized as a manufacturer of high-quality paint and coatings, leader in product innovation. We are looking to expand our team of mixers to support our daily operations and long-term growth. The position involves mixing raw materials to produce quality paint batches following established procedures. You will be joining a dynamic team of long-time employees. Our employees are our most important assets, and we adhere to all applicable health and safety regulations.

Permanent position, full-time

40 hours per week, Monday to Thursday, from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM

Hourly rate: $28.09

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES

Complies with the safety rules in place in the plant.

Wear the personal protective equipment required for the job.

Keep work area clean and safe.

Obtain raw materials required by the mixing card.

Add and mix ingredients according to the instructions on the mixing card.

Operate dispersers and mixing tanks

Report any deviation from the manufacturing procedure.

Support and contribute to the improvement of manufacturing processes.

Coordinate the task according to the availability of equipment.

Follow the training required for the execution of the task.

All other related tasks

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

Experience in the chemical industry (an asset)

Secondary 5 or equivalent

Recognized forklift operator card

WHMIS training (training available)

Accurency

Physical work: lifting up to

60 lbs
