As a family owned company founded in 1971 in the scrap metal recycling industry, Amix has since expanded into a wide range of services, including marine salvage, marine projects, marine towing and barging, concrete sales and steel distribution. The Amix Group consists of six companies providing specialized and quality service. These companies include Amix Marine Projects, Amix Marine Service, Amix Recycling, Western Concrete, Amix Real Estate, and Amix Steel and Surplus.

Western Concrete is seeking an experienced, customer service oriented Class 3 Driver with Air Endorsement with preferred ready mix concrete industry experience. This is an employment opportunity requiring the following qualifications:

Class 3 drivers license with an Air Brake Endorsement Three (3) years driving experience with a clean drivers abstract Ability to lift up to 50lbs and climb a ready mix truck assembly
Preference to those with prior ready mix (concrete) truck driving experience.

Wages and Benefits:

Western Concrete offers a competitive wage and benefit package. Annual Boot allowance of $350.00 Coveralls and all safety protective equipment provided by the Company.
Preference is given to those that live within the Chilliwack area.
