We are urgently hiring a skilled Mixer Operator who is fluent in Spanish to join our food manufacturing team. This role involves operating mixing equipment to produce high-quality food products while ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate will have a background in food production, culinary arts, or related fields, with a strong focus on food safety and sanitation practices. Duties

Operate and monitor industrial mixers and related food processing equipment to ensure proper blending of ingredients Follow recipes and production specifications accurately, maintaining consistency in product quality Maintain strict sanitation standards by cleaning equipment and work areas regularly, adhering to HACCP and CGMP guidelines Assist in food preparation tasks, including measuring ingredients and preparing raw materials for mixing Conduct quality checks during production, ensuring adherence to safety and food handling protocols Document production data accurately, including batch records and process parameters Support the implementation of food safety procedures and participate in sanitation audits Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines while maintaining high standards of safety and quality

Experience

Prior experience in food production, baking, or culinary environments is highly preferred Knowledge of food safety standards such as HACCP, CGMP, and sanitation practices Familiarity with food handling, processing, and preparation techniques Experience operating manufacturing equipment such as mixers or similar machinery is advantageous Basic math skills for measuring ingredients and adjusting recipes accurately Mechanical knowledge or experience with forklifts is a plus but not required Restaurant or kitchen experience demonstrating knife skills and food preparation expertise is beneficial Fluency in Spanish is required to communicate effectively within the team and ensure safety compliance
