What You'll Be Doing:

Responding to water, fire, smoke, mold and other property damage claims Performing high-quality mitigation services to all types of property damage including but not limited to water, fire, smoke, mold, asbestos. Providing demolition and cleanup services Managing and manipulating contents including but not limited to listing, documentation, cleaning, moving etc. Provide exceptional customer service in alignment with company values Providing emergency response relief to clients and communities Assisting and guiding team members as opportunities arise Participating in on-call rotations and flexible schedules when required Supporting a safe, professional and client-focused work environment.

Who We're Looking For:

A positive, professional individual with a strong work ethic Fluent in English with strong communication skills, and Holds a valid drivers license with a clean driving abstract Dedicated to excellent customer service and supporting your crew members Eager to learn and grow with the company Reliable, adaptable and committed to showing up with a positive attitude Physically able to lift min. 50 lbs frequently, while working in a fast-paced, hands on environment
