PURPOSE:


To coordinate and support the fundraising activities of Resonate missionaries so that missionary support networks are stewarded for effective support raising and ministry impact. This is a binational role.

This role is designed to fill a Maternity Leave vacancy until November 2026.



This position will be compensated at an hourly rate of $26.31/hour CAD or $24.71/hour USD.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following.


Generate and implement fundraising plans and strategies for church partnerships with missionaries (new & current) so that ministry is well resourced and supported:

Prepare, send and coordinate follow up on financial support requests for missionaries in collaboration with Fundraising and Program Teams binationally.

Liaise with the communications team for effective fundraising resources (prayer cards, brochures, prayer letters, ReConnect videos).

Oversee church correspondence and respond to missionary related inquiries from churches, including questions regarding donation allocations

Prepare reports of church giving and send monthly thank you letters.

Maintain appropriate records in CRCNA databases and Google Drives related to church partnership commitments, tracking church funding proposals, and church inquiries.

Provide monthly activity report to supervisor

Provide quarterly church commitment reports to Director of Advancement

Metrics to include donor retention, new and increase

Oversee accounting procedures in various systems and databases.

Provide administrative assistance to the Donor Engagement Team when required.

All other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS

Demonstrated well-developed organizational skills with excellent attention to detail, follow-through, and initiative.

Excellent computer skills including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database management.

Professional and cooperative attitude; flexibility and adaptability to a team environment.

Willingness to serve others and demonstrate hospitality.

Demonstrated maturity and ability to perform well under stress.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE


University Degree or College Diploma

Demonstrated experience in the field of Fundraising and/or Advancement.
