, is a neighborhood thrift store offering affordable clothing to individuals and families facing financial hardship.
We are currently seeking
volunteer store clerks
to help us provide a welcoming, supportive shopping experience while ensuring the store runs smoothly.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers with a warm, welcoming attitude
Organize, sort, and tag donated clothing and items
Maintain clean and organized displays throughout the store
Assist with general store cleanliness and orderliness
Lift, move, and organize boxes of clothing donations (ability to lift required)
Provide excellent customer service, especially to individuals in need
Qualifications
Friendly, empathetic, and patient demeanor
Strong communication skills (Arabic language skills are an asset)
Ability to lift and carry boxes of clothing
Interest in helping others and contributing to the community
Previous retail or customer service experience is an asset but not required
Comfortable working with people from diverse backgrounds
