Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Mining Sales Representative

to grow and support our mining client base. This role focuses on developing relationships with mine operators, maintenance teams, and procurement groups while promoting our offsite and onsite repair, welding, machining, and component rebuild capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with mining customers Develop and implement sales plans to achieve monthly and annual targets. Identify new business opportunities and upcoming projects Promote repair, manufacturing, and field service capabilities Prepare and follow up on quotes, proposals, and RFQs Conduct site visits and customer meetings as required Collaborate with operations and technical teams to ensure customer needs are met. Contribute to marketing and advertising strategies. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

10+ years of sales experience in mining, heavy industry, or industrial services Strong understanding of mining maintenance and repair environments Proven ability to develop long-term customer relationships Established background in forecasting and sales planning, with comfort using CRM tools and KPI frameworks. Excellent communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel to mine sites Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret market trends, competitive data, and customer needs to inform strategy.
