We require the skills of a

Millwright for a permanent 12 hour night shift

to join our talented Maintenance team, who will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of all the building and equipment as required.

+ Overtime in excess of 40 hours per week: Saturday and Sunday 1.5x rate

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:



12-hour night shift (7pm to 7am -Week 1 - Sun/Wed/Thur Week 2 - Mon/Tue/Fri/Sat) New hires may rotate between days and nights for training

DUTIES

:Equipment Maintenance: Lead and assist major equipment installations, set-up and repairs of production machines/equipment, complete work orders; Building Maintenance: perform general and major repairs to building installations, including heating, plumbing, and other building equipment as required; Install, troubleshoot and maintain power transmission, vacuum, hydraulic and pneumatic systems; Perform other routine maintenance work on machinery; Make parts, simple tools and gauges as required; Participate in Continuous Improvement initiatives.

IDEAL

:Licensed Industrial Millwright; Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a Manufacturing Environment; Ability to read & interpret drawings, blueprints, schematics and specifications in order to provide troubleshooting and repair services; Mechanical Aptitude and willingness to assist in all maintenance projects as required; * Excellent communication skills to interact with the team, customers and suppliers about operational matters.
