Job Description

Responsible for working within CSA compliance and safety standards as it relates to the Ministry of Labour. Troubleshooting and efficient resolution to reduce equipment and production downtime. Assist in projects and development of machine parts. Work on teams to develop counter measure and Kaizen.

Complete records concerning PM's

Replacement of defective equipment/parts.

Equipment repair including diagnosis and appropriate resolution.

Installation of new equipment and/or parts.

Dismantle and reassemble machinery and equipment as needed.

Clean, lubricate and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery.

Removal of drummed waste, maintenance team members change out the barrel for the production departments

Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.

Maintain certification process of equipment and plant compliance.

Participate in kaizen activities

Repair facility

Make improvements and participate in Aisin 1P1K program

Hours of Work:

Saturday and Sunday: 5am- 5pm

Friday OR Monday: 5am- 1pm

*shift may vary to support and cover for absences within the Maintenance team
