Hiring Millwrights in New Brunswick !Agilus is recruiting for several Millwrights in the Food industry in Moncton, New Brunswick. Our client is one of Canada's leading bakeries, renowned for crafting delicious, high-quality baked goods and snacks. Total rewards:

• $40.00 hourly
• $1.50 Night Shift Premium
• 6% of the wage for Dual Ticket Premium
• $200 Safety Boots Reimbursement

A typical day:

• Install, maintain, and repair machinery used in food production, including mixers, ovens, conveyors, and packaging equipment
• Perform preventive maintenance to ensure equipment operates efficiently and meets food safety standards
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and diagnose problems to minimize downtime in production
• Assemble and disassemble machinery for cleaning, repairs, or upgrades in compliance with hygiene regulations
• Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and manuals to execute repairs and installations accurately.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, including lockout/tagout procedures and food safety protocols
• Collaborate with production teams to schedule maintenance without disrupting operations
• Maintain accurate records of repairs, maintenance schedules, and parts inventory

Successful candidates will have:

• Must hold a Red Seal Millwright License
• Experience in food manufacturing and industrial setting is an asset
• CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) knowledge would be an asset
• Adherence with safety requirements and policies, eg. Ensures lock out tag out policy adherence is enforced by self and others
• Ensures all procedures are in accordance with Health & Safety legislation, Company Joint Safety Committee programs and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
