Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex machinery. As a Millwright, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes through the installation, maintenance, and repair of equipment.

Duties

Install and maintain machinery and equipment in accordance with specifications. Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on production equipment. Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime. Fabricate components as needed to support repairs or modifications. Weld parts together using appropriate techniques for durability and safety. Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) for tracking work orders and inventory management. Collaborate with electrical teams to ensure proper functioning of logic controllers and other electrical systems. Analyze equipment performance data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency and reliability.

Skills

Strong mechanical knowledge with experience in industrial maintenance practices. Proficiency in welding techniques and fabrication processes. Familiarity with electrical systems, including the ability to work alongside industrial electricians. Ability to analyze complex problems and develop logical solutions. Knowledge of PLC's and Latter logic is a plus Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $32.00-$38.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
