Overview

We are seeking a skilled Millwright to join our team, both working in our large shop and on site at local industries. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in industrial maintenance and mechanical knowledge, with the ability to work on various systems and equipment. This role requires a combination of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to ensure the efficient operation of our manufacturing processes.

Millwright /Mechanic required with 5 plus years of experience. The job involves moving and setting up machinery, alignment of machinery, mechanical assembly, modifications and repairs to existing equipment. A welding background is preferred with some experience in TIG welding and GMAW welding to a CWB test level. Must be able to work from drawings and be able to do light welding fabrication. Other elements include rigging and removal of pumps, motors.

Qualifications

5 years of industrial experience involving the installation and maintenance of equipment Some welding experience with stainless light gauge material Some fabricating experience building jigs, guards, and work stands for production machinery Has had CWB tickets and can retest Valid drivers licence

Pay: $26.00-$35.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
