As a Millwright Maintenance Technician, you'll play a key role in ensuring our client's facility runs safely and efficiently. You'll troubleshoot, repair, and maintain various systems and equipment, support continuous improvement initiatives, and help create a safe and productive work environment.

What You'll Do
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on facility systems and equipment.
Troubleshoot mechanical issues and assist with repairs to minimize downtime.
Coordinate with contractors and ensure maintenance projects are completed safely and on schedule.
Execute and close work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Contribute to continuous improvement and energy efficiency initiatives.
Keep detailed maintenance records and documentation.
Support safety programs and ensure compliance with all company policies and regulations.
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
What You Bring
3-5 years of experience in a maintenance or facility technician role.
Red Seal 433A Industrial Millwright Certification.
Strong mechanical aptitude and experience using hand and power tools.
HVAC maintenance experience (filters, belts, etc.) is an asset.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Reliable, self-motivated, and organized with strong attention to detail.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to provide a clear criminal record check.
Work Environment
Fast-paced production setting requiring flexibility and problem-solving.
Ability to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs, and perform hands-on maintenance tasks for extended periods.
May be exposed to varying temperatures, humidity, and cleaning agents.
PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) must be worn as required.
