With that being said, do you have what it takes to be a Custom Plastics Millwright Maintenance Mechanic?Are you well organized with a meticulous attention to detail? Do you have strong interpersonal and communication skills? Can you multitask? Are you a self starter who can take this role and run with it? Can you put our customers first and get the job done?A little about this role...Our maintenance department is KEY! We need our machines up and running at all times. We look to our maintenance department to ensure that diagnosis and repairs are done in a timely manner, we rely on that, our customers rely on that and ... on you!

  • Ensure all equipment is fixed in a timely manner utilizing your mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, hydraulic and welding abilities.
  • Keep current with technological changes and any governmental regulation changes regarding the performance of maintenance duties.
  • Ensure on-call availability for emergency services.
  • Contacts appropriate outside maintenance or suppliers as required
  • Read and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and service.
  • Diagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustments.
  • Maintain Preventative Maintenance Programs
  • Ensure that the ISO quality standards, Company quality requirements and individual customer quality requirements are maintained.
  • Communicate and provide support and expert opinion to management, and Shift Supervisor as needed.
  • Hourly paid position based on previous experience and/or level of Schooling
  • Flexibility in shift rotation

Ability to commute/relocate:

Experience:
  • millwright: 1 year (preferred)
