Duties:
Maintaining a preventive/predictive maintenance system,
executing safe installation/dismantling of machinery as per company plans and blueprints,
Troubleshooting mechanical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and electrical issues as required
General plant maintenance with regards to any and all health and safety concerns or issues.
Day shift but must available to work overtime as required and during plant shutdown.
Licensed Industrial Mechanic Millwright and must possess a Certificate of Qualification issued pursuant to the Ontario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act, 2009 or its successor;
Assets:
Understanding and experience in Lean Manufacturing concepts;
Adaptable to a diverse and time sensitive manufacturing environment;
Demonstrated communication, problem solving, interpersonal and analytical skills;
Available for work beyond the regular shift, including nights and weekends, as required;
