Massilly has been manufacturing metal packaging (lids) for the food industry for over 25 years. We are currently looking for an experienced Millwright to join our Maintenance team.


Job description


Shifts:


This position follows a rotating schedule consisting of 5 weeks on day shift, 2 weeks on afternoon shift, and 1 week on night shift.

As a Millwright, you will:


Work in a safe and responsible manner, adhering to all safety protocols.
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair production equipment.
Demonstrate strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Perform preventative maintenance and effectively prioritize maintenance tasks.
Identify root causes of equipment failures and assess the feasibility of equipment modifications or improvements.
Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Carry out routine and corrective maintenance on machinery and equipment.


You'll need:


Red Seal Certified Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) with a valid trade license.
Completed an apprenticeship Millwright program - or equivalent.
5 years experience in manufacturing environment
