PERFORMANCE EXPECTATIONS

Work with the production team to ensure finished goods are of the highest quality and ready to be transported and installed Crafting custom detailed millwork parts using a variety of tools and machines Being able to operate and maintain equipment Keeping a clean and safe work environment and optimizing space utilization Communicating with the team lead regarding upcoming schedules and workloads Adhering to quality health and safety precautions The working environment will include physical labor and loud machinery
CREDENTIALS

Previous millwork experience is a must Must be able to work in a fast-paced team driven environment Strong attention to detail Can legally work in Canada Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Being able to problem solve and identify solutions individually and as part of a team Being a team player by cross training in other departments so you can float as the demand and workload fluctuate in the shop
Benefit after 3 months.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $27.00-$30.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
