Position:
Millwork Millwright
Requirements:
Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams)
Responsibilities and Requirements for your position while working will be as follows:
Preventive Maintenance Planning:
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all millwork machinery and equipment.
Ensure minimal downtime and extend equipment lifespan.
Team Leadership & Supervision:
Lead and supervise maintenance technicians and support staff.
Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Troubleshooting & Repairs:
Diagnose mechanical, and hydraulic issues in millwork equipment.
Oversee or perform timely repairs to minimize production disruption.
Inventory & Procurement:
Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for timely procurement.
Ensure critical parts are always in stock.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure all maintenance activities comply with OSHA and company safety standards.
Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and safety checks.
Facility Maintenance:
Oversee the upkeep of the physical plant, including HVAC, lighting, and building infrastructure.
Continuous Improvement:
Identify opportunities to improve equipment efficiency and reduce maintenance costs.
Implement lean maintenance practices and reliability-centered maintenance (RCM) strategies.
Preference would be given to the candidates with Millwork experience.
Wage Range:
$30-$35/hour based on experience, plus profit sharing.
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 6am-2:30pm, Friday 10-6:30pm
