Summary
We are seeking an Installer to join our dynamic team in North Winnipeg. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the successful installation of our premium kitchen and bathroom cabinets, contributing to our mission of excellence in craftsmanship.
Responsibilities
Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets with precision and care.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely project completion.
Read and interpret blueprints to execute installations accurately.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site.
Communicate effectively with clients regarding installation processes.
Perform quality checks to ensure installations meet company standards.
Assist in training new team members as needed.
Qualifications
Proven experience in cabinet installation or related carpentry work.
Strong knowledge of construction estimating and trim carpentry techniques.
Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools safely.
Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
Experience working on construction sites is preferred.
Attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship.
