Summary

Miller Paving Limited - Atlantic region is seeking applicant for a position of Accounts Payables Coordinator working in a hybrid model, located in Moncton, NB. The Account Payables Coordinator is responsible for processing purchase orders, submit confirmation of receipt of supplies, goods, products, and services to support within the Atlantic region and maintaining all related database.

As an Accounts Payable Coordinator, You Will;

  • Collect, review for accuracy, and submit confirmation of receipt of supplies, goods, products and services
  • Process incoming and outgoing purchase order paperwork
  • Support field and office staff on the use of software and internal processes
  • Receive purchase orders for processing
  • Code and process purchase orders
  • Assist operations with purchasing and invoicing as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned
  • Assist with day-to-day office functions, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of office administrative, clerical and reception duties, as needed
What You Will Bring?
  • 2+ years of experience in an office setting with some exposure to accounting and costing
  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration
  • Experience with computerized accounting systems, particularly J.D. Edwards will be considered an asset
  • Ability to follow instructions and willingness to learn new concept
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal skills
  • Non-disclosure of confidential information
  • Ability to work independently and in teams
  • Ability to handle high pressure situations and meet strict deadlines
  • Ability to work remotely
