As a District Sales Manager, you'll take charge of nurturing distributor relationships and fueling growth across the welding portfolio. Your mission: create awareness, develop new business, and make an impact by representing our welding products and driving sales through distributors.

• Organize product trials & demos to drive conversions and cross-selling, maximizing potential.

Minimum Education and Experience:

• Technical Certificate, Associate, or bachelor's degree in a Technical or Business Discipline.

What you need to do to be successful in this role:

• Minimum of 3 years of sales experience; selling on value and demonstrating commercial & industrial products.
• Previous experience with distribution channels.
• Technical aptitude to be able to sell a full product portfolio.
• Ability to build effective account plans, manage sales opportunities, and effective account management.
• Strong ability to communicate the value offering to all levels of end user management.
• Strong value selling skills with the ability to convert new business.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office programs and/or CRM system.
• Strong communication, presentation, time management, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to travel overnight at least 50%.

Compensation Information:
Salary Range: Miller District Sales Manager - Welding compensation package offers a competitive annual salary with an estimated range of $118,000 CAN to $147,000 CAN dependent on the geographic location, the successful candidate's qualification, and prior experience. We are committed to maintaining equitable and competitive salaries across different regions through regular reviews and adjustments.?
?Sales Compensation & Bonus Plan: Employees in this role are eligible to participate in the Miller District Sales Manager - Welding compensation plan, which includes performance-based quarterly bonuses, allowing employees to increase their earnings through exceptional performance. Annual salary increases are also provided, reflecting both individual contributions and overall company success.?
