Buildend is scaling rapidly, and we're looking for a Mid-Market Account Executive to help us expand our footprint and bring our solutions to more businesses. As a key member of our high-performing sales team, you'll gain full visibility into the end-to-end sales process, build technical fluency in our platform, and work closely with a diverse set of customers.
We're seeking a proactive, high-energy seller who excels at identifying key stakeholders, building trust, and managing long-term relationships. You'll be responsible for generating and managing a robust pipeline through a combination of inbound and outbound activities.

What You'll Be Doing
Pipeline Ownership: Self-source and manage a sales pipeline capable of closing $300K+ in new revenue annually.
Full-Cycle Sales: Own every stage of the sales process--from discovery and demo to negotiation and close.
Conversion Optimization: Maintain strong conversion rates across all sales stages.
Forecasting: Deliver accurate weekly sales forecasts at the account level.
Quota Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
CRM Discipline: Track all sales activity, pipeline progress, and customer interactions in Salesforce.
Sales Enablement Tools: Leverage Gong.io for self-coaching and continuous improvement.

What You Bring
2+ years of full-cycle, quota-carrying experience in SaaS or technology sales.
Proven success in managing and closing complex deals, preferably in the Mid-Market space.
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust at all organizational levels--including the C-suite.
A self-starter mindset with a proactive approach to outreach, follow-up, and relationship development.
High emotional intelligence--you're collaborative, empathetic, and highly attuned to client needs and motivations.
