JOB DESCRIPTION
Full-Time
Maternity Leave (duration of the 2025-26 academic year)
Specific Duties:
Teaching Mathematics 7, Science 7, and/or possibly other courses as one of our Grade Seven homeroom teachers, and as part of our Middle School
Ability to work cooperatively with colleagues within and across the school
Full Participation in student-learning and co-curricular activities outside of the school day
Strong working understanding of differentiated instruction as it applies to teaching in an all-boys school
Strong working knowledge of current pedagogy, sound assessment practices and learning empowered by technology
Experience with Google Classroom and/or FSA implementation is an asset
Work experience in supporting neurodiverse students and students with IEP's is essential
Experience and ability in coaching Grade 11/12 Varsity Basketball is essential
Extra-Curricular:
Experience or willingness to coach will be prioritized
Demonstrated commitment to co-curricular endeavours is an expectation.
Priority Consideration will be given to candidates who possess the following:
Current pastoral reference confirming that he/she is a practicing Roman Catholic
Certificate of Qualification issued by the BC Ministry of Education
Salary Range: $62,000-$110,000, dependent on experience and qualifications
