We're looking for a motivated and client-focused

Copilot Specialist

to join our team and build the foundation of ALPHA IT's

Copilot and AI service practice

. This is a ground-floor opportunity to help define our Copilot strategy, deliver real business value for clients, and shape how organizations adopt AI within Microsoft 365.
Reporting to the

Director of Technology

, you'll work directly with clients to assess their needs, design Copilot solutions, and guide successful implementation and adoption.

Duties & Responsibilities



Client Engagement & Delivery



Act as ALPHA IT's

subject matter expert

on Microsoft Copilot and AI within Microsoft 365. Conduct

business analysis

to identify opportunities where Copilot can improve productivity and workflows. Lead

Copilot onboarding, configuration, and optimization

for clients. Facilitate

training sessions, demos, and adoption workshops

for end-users and business leaders. Provide

post-deployment support

and ongoing performance insights.

Internal Collaboration



Work with internal teams to

develop Copilot best practices

, documentation, and repeatable implementation frameworks. Collaborate with engineers, account managers, and consultants to integrate Copilot into broader client strategies. Contribute to the creation of

service offerings, templates, and case studies

to support sales and marketing.

Innovation & Growth



Stay ahead of Microsoft's evolving AI ecosystem -- including Copilot updates, Power Platform integrations, and security/compliance implications. Recommend enhancements to ALPHA IT's AI service line and identify new opportunities for automation and efficiency.

Skills & Qualifications



3-5+ years

of experience in IT, business analysis, or technical consulting (MSP experience preferred). Strong

Microsoft 365 background

, including Teams, SharePoint, and Power Platform. Demonstrated expertise in

Microsoft Copilot tools

, deployment, and user enablement. Exceptional

communication and presentation skills

-- confident with clients, executives, and end-users alike. Strong

business analysis and problem-solving

skills. Proven ability to translate technical details into

business value

for clients. Highly organized, collaborative, and self-driven in a dynamic MSP environment.

Preferred Skills



Familiarity with

Power BI, Power Automate

, or similar productivity tools. Background in

change management

or AI adoption programs. Understanding of

data governance, compliance, and security

within Microsoft 365. Experience developing or supporting

training content

for technical and non-technical audiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $95,000.00-$115,000.00 per year
