We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented support and adoption specialist to join our team and support both technical user issues and administrative functions for services in Microsoft M365. The Digital Experience and Communications platform contains a significant Microsoft M365 component, and effective administration and support of this platform is a foundation of the platform success.

Minimum requirements:

A university degree or College diploma in Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline

Six years' experience with Microsoft Messaging and Collaboration services, with a focus on Exchange Online and Teams

Two years' experience supporting M365/O365 in an enterprise environment

Proficient in Microsoft PowerShell

Good problem-solving and communication skills

Responsibilities:

Work within a platform team using Agile, DevOps principles to support incidents, problems, changes and enhancements for M365 product suite

Act as the point of escalation and manage resolution of critical, high-priority issues within the M365 product space

Engage with vendors as required to support to best user experience within the enterprise

Work with the Architecture Owner on the platform to manage technical changes in the environment

Partner with other platforms and partners across functions to support the platform service delivery

Location and other Key Details:

You will work out of our Calgary head office, located in the Suncor Energy Centre at 150 - 6th Ave S.W.

Hours of work are a regular 40-hour work week, Monday to Friday
