Microbiologist DermaMed Pharmaceutical is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Microbiologist to support the development and production of homeopathic products. We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about microbiology and possesses strong laboratory skills. Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform microbiological analysis of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products following standard operating procedures.
• Focus on evaluating product potency and researching improvements for new and existing products.
• Conduct research on micro-organisms, including bacteria and fungi, in areas such as structure, function, ecology, and biotechnology.
• Prepare and maintain microbial cultures, media, and reagents.
• Conduct environmental monitoring of controlled manufacturing and laboratory areas, including data trending.
• Independently execute test methods in compliance with internal quality policies and regulatory guidelines.
• Develop regulatory programs related to microbiology.
• Identify and initiate laboratory investigations as needed.
• Ensure cleanliness and sterility of laboratory equipment
• Review laboratory test data, SOP\xe2\x80\x99s, test procedures, method/equipment validation protocols, reports, and logbooks.
• Manage inventory needs for test materials and supplies.
• Maintain accurate records of laboratory tests and procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in biology or microbiology is preferred
• At least 1 year of relevant laboratory work experience or related field
• Ability to learn quickly
• Familiarity with scientific tools, laboratory safety procedures, and techniques
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills
