The normal work schedule is on a rotation of 4 weeks: 2 weeks worked (77 hours per week, 7 days a week) followed by 2 weeks of rest.

Responsibilities


Reporting to the Mining Director, the Mining Operations Administration Specialist will be called upon to provide technical and clerical support to operations. His main responsibilities will be:

Management and optimization of operations schedules. Fill out and validate timesheets in EZ-Labor Place orders in Guide TI Pre-approve and verify invoices (quantities and rates) Monitor and maintain worker schedules on site Manage personal protective equipment (PPE) Budget monitoring and variance analysis (cost control) Drafting and reviewing operational procedures Translation tasks (documents, communications, procedures) Monitoring production reports (compilation, verification, and distribution) Coordinating the arrival of new workers (welcome, basic integration, PPE handover) Transport reservations and flight/schedule changes according to site requirements Administrative support to supervisors and captains (meeting notes, action tracking, document management) Any other tasks related to mining operations

Qualifications

College diploma (DEC) in office automation or equivalent experience. 1 to 3 years of experience in administration Experience in mining and related activities (or a similar industry) is required. Good knowledge of various MS Office software programs; IT Guide is essential.

Assets

Bilingual (French and English). Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook);
