However, we have much more to accomplish for our customers, and we're looking for a culturally aligned Distribution Associate to join our dynamic team located in Markham.

Position Summary
The Material Handling Equipment Operator is responsible for operating a Reach Truck and other material handling equipment to move, locate, stack, and count merchandise. The operator is accountable for the safe and efficient operation of equipment and the accuracy of inventory movement within the facility.
Key Responsibilities
Safely operate Reach Truck and other powered industrial trucks (e.g., pallet jack, counterbalance, walkie-rider).
Load, unload, move, stack, and stage product and materials using a Reach Truck.
Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring accuracy and quality.
Manage FIFO on products.
Place received material in proper storage locations.
Perform daily equipment inspections and complete safety checklists before operation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist in physical inventories and cycle counts.
Accurately complete paperwork, scanning, or data entry as required.
Follow all safety rules and procedures, including the use of PPE.
Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to ensure workflow efficiency.
Support other warehouse functions as needed, including picking, packing, and general labor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent (preferred).
Valid Reach Truck certification/license (required).
Minimum 1-2 years of Reach Truck or forklift operation experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
Strong understanding of warehouse safety protocols.
Basic math, reading, and computer skills (e.g., WMS or RF scanners).
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Flexible to work overtime, weekends, or shift changes if needed.
Must be available to a work scheduled between 2pm to 12am Monday to Friday and open for overtime when needed
