Job Description
"Designing, installing, configuring and maintaining system software in support of business processing requirements related to MFT Services and automated file transfers usinG GOANYWHERE.
- Design and Provisioning secure file transfer interfaces using pre-set patterns based on business demand
- Contribute and interact with different IT Positions such as: Project Managers, Solution Architect,
- Solution Integration, Developers and operations command centers.
- Conduct first class verbal and written communications with external Trading Partners as part of
- technical onboarding and troubleshooting sessions.
- Assessing, scheduling and performing upgrades and patches
- Monitoring and tuning the system software to achieve optimum performance levels, efficiency and
- reliability
- Defining and implementing backup schedules and archiving solutions
- Diagnosing and resolving system software problems
- Developing and maintaining a comprehensive configuration database/library of all supporting
- documentation including technical designs
- GoAnywhere Tool: 5 years (preferred)
- File Transfer protocols: 5 years (preferred)
- Linux: 5 years (preferred)
- Shell Scripting: 5 years (preferred)
