What You'll Be Doing
Supporting daily operations and assisting the management team
Leading and motivating team members during busy shifts
Delivering an outstanding customer experience
Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment
Ensuring food quality and speed standards are met
Training and coaching new team members
Handling basic paperwork, shift checklists, and store routines
Jumping on the line when needed--because teamwork makes the magic happen
