What You'll Do
Leadership & Team Building
Create weekly staff schedules that keep the restaurant running smoothly
Interview, hire, and train new team members as needed
Coach and guide employees through their daily tasks while inspiring teamwork
Foster a positive work culture where employees feel valued and motivated
Customer Service Excellence
Work the front line alongside your team, greeting and serving our incredible customers
Build genuine connections and rapport with guests, because Mezza is more than a meal, it's an experience
Ensure every order, interaction, and smile reflects our high service standards
Catering & Events
Oversee catering orders, from preparation to delivery
Manage large-scale catering requests with precision and professionalism
Coordinate with your team to ensure events are seamless and stress-free for our customers
Operations & Business Skills
Place accurate food and supply orders with vendors
Monitor and manage labour and food costs to hit key targets
Complete daily cash-outs and make bank deposits
Track and report store performance metrics directly to the franchise owner
