Methods Agent

Aversan Inc. ( ) is a reputable Engineering Company that provides expertise in Systems Integration, Product Design/Development and Software/Product Testing for highly regulated industries including Digital Health, Medical Devices, IT and Aerospace. We are currently seeking a qualified Methods Agent. The successful candidate for this position will be a part of highly motivated and highly technical work environment that feeds off the collective energy of a team-oriented workplace.

En tant que agent m\xc3\xa9thodes, vous devrez utiliser vos comp\xc3\xa9tences en m\xc3\xa9thodes pour d\xc3\xa9finir et cr\xc3\xa9er le dossier de fabrication (s\xc3\xa9quences d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage, BOM manufacturier, instructions de travail visuelle) en vous assurant que les r\xc3\xa8gles en sant\xc3\xa9 & s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 soient respect\xc3\xa9es et que les risques soient \xc3\xa9limin\xc3\xa9s.

• \xc3\x8atre responsable de la cr\xc3\xa9ation du dossier de fabrication.
• D\xc3\xa9finir la s\xc3\xa9quence d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage optimale en respectant les r\xc3\xa8gles de sant\xc3\xa9 s\xc3\xa9curit\xc3\xa9 et les contraintes techniques.
• Cr\xc3\xa9er les gammes de travail en accord avec la s\xc3\xa9quence d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage.
• Cr\xc3\xa9er les instructions de travail visuelle ad\xc3\xa9quate en fonction de l\xe2\x80\x99environnement de production. Le format pourra \xc3\xaatre 3D (industrie 4.0) ou 2D selon le type d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage.
• Accompagner la mise en production des nouvelles gammes de travail.
• Maintenir \xc3\xa0 jour le dossier de fabrication (gamme de travail, instructions de travail)
• \xc3\x89tablir des standards pour la cr\xc3\xa9ation des gammes de travail et instructions de travail.
• Promouvoir une culture d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9lioration continue en s\xe2\x80\x99appuyant sur les techniques de r\xc3\xa9solution des probl\xc3\xa8mes ainsi que les concepts Kaizen, \xc2\xab Six Sigma \xc2\xbb, \xc2\xab Lean \xc2\xbb, \xc2\xab Design Thinking \xc2\xbb et Agile.
• D\xc3\xa9finir et contr\xc3\xb4ler l\'\xc3\xa9volution, les \xc3\xa9tapes cl\xc3\xa9s et les points de contr\xc3\xb4le du projet et en effectuer le suivi.
• Mettre en \xc5\x93uvre des projets d\xe2\x80\x99am\xc3\xa9liorations du dossier de fabrication.
• \xc3\x8atre proactif et contribuer au virage industrie 4.0 de nos processus manufacturiers.
• Travailler en collaboration avec diff\xc3\xa9rentes \xc3\xa9quipes: Ing\xc3\xa9nieries, production, gestionnaires de projets et IT.

Qualifications et comp\xc3\xa9tences

• Baccalaur\xc3\xa9at en ing\xc3\xa9nierie ou dans un domaine connexe.
• Minimum de 5 ans d\xe2\x80\x99exp\xc3\xa9rience en M\xc3\xa9thodes de travail industrielle
• Maitrise de la lecture et compr\xc3\xa9hension des dessins d\xe2\x80\x99assemblage
• Maitrise de la manipulation de mod\xc3\xa8le 3D
• Ma\xc3\xaetrise dans l\xe2\x80\x99ex\xc3\xa9cution des projets manufacturiers
• Connaissance de PLM, MPMlink et Cr\xc3\xa9oview (Un atout)
• Connaissance du milieu manufacturier et de ces enjeux.
• Solides aptitudes pour la communication (\xc3\xa0 l\'\xc3\xa9crit et \xc3\xa0 l\'oral). Leadership, bon esprit d\'\xc3\xa9quipe et comp\xc3\xa9tences en gestion de changement.
• \xc3\x80 l\xe2\x80\x99aise dans un environnement de travail distribu\xc3\xa9, \xc3\xa0 distance et parfois au bureau si n\xc3\xa9cessaire pour le poste.
• Bilinguisme (fran\xc3\xa7ais et anglais) requis.

Methods Agent

As a methods agent, you will have to use your skills in methods to define and create the manufacturing file (assembly sequences, manufacturing BOM, visual work instructions) by ensuring that health & safety rules are respected and that the risks are eliminated.

• Be responsible for creating the manufacturing file.
• Define the optimal assembly sequence in compliance with health and safety rules and technical constraints.
• Create work plans in accordance with the assembly sequence.
• Create the appropriate visual work instructions based on the production environment. The format may be 3D (industry 4.0) or 2D depending on the type of assembly.
• Support the production launch of new work packages.
• Keep the manufacturing file up to date (work schedule, work instructions)
• Establish standards for the creation of work plans and work instructions.
• Promote a culture of continuous improvement based on problem solving techniques as well as Kaizen, \xe2\x80\x9cSix Sigma\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cLean\xe2\x80\x9d, \xe2\x80\x9cDesign Thinking\xe2\x80\x9d and Agile concepts.
• Define and control the evolution, the key stages and the control points of the project and carry out the follow-up.
• Implement manufacturing file improvement projects.
• Be proactive and contribute to the industry 4.0 shift in our manufacturing processes.
• Work in collaboration with different teams: Engineering, production, project managers and IT.

Qualifications and skills

• Bachelor\'s degree in engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Industrial Work Methods
• Proficiency in reading and understanding assembly drawings
• Mastery of 3D model manipulation
• Mastery in the execution of manufacturing projects
• Knowledge of PLM, MPMlink and Cr\xc3\xa9oview (An asset)
• Knowledge of the manufacturing environment and these issues.
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal). Leadership, good team spirit and change management skills.
• Comfortable in a distributed work environment, remotely and sometimes in the office if necessary for the position.
• Bilingualism (French and English) required.
