Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual for the position of Metal Siding Installation & Carpentry. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in various construction trades, demonstrating proficiency in both hands-on tasks and project management. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in executing projects efficiently while ensuring high-quality standards.

Duties

Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively for various tasks including carpentry and Metal Siding. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to guide project execution. Engage in restoration projects, ensuring adherence to design specifications and quality standards. Execute roofing tasks with precision while maintaining safety protocols on construction sites. Carry out heavy lifting and physical labor as required by specific project demands. Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects while maintaining high standards of workmanship. Maintain a clean and organized work environment on-site to promote safety and efficiency.

Qualifications

Familiarity with metal siding & framing. Ability to operate various hand tools and power tools safely and effectively. Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of safety regulations is required. Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods during work hours. A valid class 5 driver's license is mandatory for transportation to job sites. Pay: $30.00-$35.00 per hour
