What We're Looking For

Foreman Candidates:

Proven experience leading a metal roofing crew Ability to read plans, coordinate site tasks, and manage materials Strong communication and organizational skills Commitment to safety and quality workmanship

Installers:

Minimum 2 years of experience installing standing seam or other metal roofing systems Comfortable with heights, tools, and physical work in various weather conditions Positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow within the team

Pay: $20.68-$41.59 per hour
