Responsibilities

Install exterior products such as soffit, fascia, eavestroughs, claddings & downspouts Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate installations. Utilize hand tools effectively to complete installation tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain safety standards on job sites. Perform restoration work as needed to uphold quality standards. Ensure all installations meet company guidelines and customer expectations. Maintain a clean and organized work area throughout the project. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project progress.

Qualifications

Proven experience in construction or a related field is required. Strong skills in carpentry, blueprint reading, and use of hand tools are essential. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Knowledge of caulking techniques is preferred. Familiarity with restoration processes is an asset. Excellent communication skills are necessary for client interactions. Drivers license SCOT training and Fall protection are an asset
