You will NOT be managing client relationships solo or creating all content from scratch.
Your job is to drive campaign results and optimize for real business outcomes (leads, sales, revenue not just engagement).
Compensation Structure
Base Salary:
$40,000 - $45,000/year (based on experience)
Performance Bonuses:
Tied to client retention and campaign performance
Quarterly bonuses based on retained client accounts
Example: Retain 12 clients for 6+ months = quarterly bonus
As your portfolio grows and clients stay, your earning potential increases
Growth Path:
As you prove results and take on more strategic accounts, your compensation grows up to $55,000+ with performance incentives.
This allows sustainable salary growth within the agency as you master our frameworks and deliver consistent wins.
Your Support System
Client-Facing Account Manager
Handles all primary client communication. You occasionally join strategic calls, but no daily back-and-forth emails or hand-holding.
Project Manager
Keeps workflows organized, tracks deliverables, ensures creative gets to you on time.
Content Curation Team
Executes creative production based on your briefs and direction. You guide strategy; they handle execution and revisions.
Weekly Strategy Sessions with Jason Hunt
Co-Founder and global Meta advertising expert. Get direct mentorship, troubleshoot challenging accounts, and level up your skills weekly.
Your Role: Meta Ads Manager
You will lead Meta advertising strategy for service-based business clients across Canada.
Your responsibilities include:
Campaign Strategy & Setup
Develop campaign structures aligned with client goals (lead gen, web traffic, conversions)
Build audiences using our proven targeting frameworks
Set up pixels, conversions, and tracking
Create testing roadmaps for new accounts
Creative Strategy & Direction
Direct creative development using our multi-ad testing approach
Brief content curators on angles, hooks, and formats needed
Refresh creative weekly based on performance signals
Test new concepts and scale winners
Optimization & Performance Management
Weekly campaign optimization (budget allocation, audience refinement, creative rotation)
Monitor KPIs: CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, cost per lead
Proactively identify and fix underperforming campaigns
Scale winning strategies across similar client accounts
Reporting & Insights
Prepare monthly performance summaries for Account Managers
Highlight wins, challenges, and strategic recommendations
Build case studies from top-performing campaigns
Flag growth opportunities (budget increases, new campaign types)
Strategic Collaboration
Weekly calls with Jason Hunt to review account performance and strategy
Learn Meta advertising frameworks perfected over 10+ years
Contribute to agency-wide Meta ad improvements
What You WILL NOT Do
You will NOT:
Manage daily client communication (Account Manager handles this)
Design ads from scratch (Content team executes)
Chase clients for approvals or assets (Project Manager coordinates)
Write all ad copy yourself (you direct, team executes)
Handle administrative task management
Work in isolation without support
You are focused on Meta ad strategy, campaign optimization, and driving measurable results.
Ideal CandidateMust Have:
1+ years hands-on Meta Ads Manager experience
(campaigns you've built and optimized)
Proven track record
of improving campaign performance (provide examples)
Strategic thinking
- you understand customer journey, not just ad tactics
Initiative and ownership
- you spot issues and fix them proactively
Strong analytical skills
- you read data and make optimization decisions confidently
Clear communication
- you can explain performance to non-technical clients
Comfortable with remote work
and collaboration tools (Slack, Basecamp)
Nice-to-Have:
Agency experience managing multiple client accounts
Experience with service-based businesses (healthcare, construction, home services)
Familiarity with Go High Level platform
Meta Blueprint certification
Experience building case studies or performance documentation
