Job Description

A career in our growing Merger and Acquisition Tax practice, within Tax services, will provide you with the opportunity to help our clients in various industries to meet and manage their tax obligations across unique but ever-changing tax specialties. You'll advise clients on their local and cross-border tax affairs, while acting as a strategic consultant related to business analysis and M&A tax solutions. Our team helps our clients with various aspects of merger and acquisition transactions such as transaction structuring, tax due diligence, internal reorganizations, and post-acquisition integration. As part of our team, you'll have opportunities to assist with assessing historical tax risks of potential targets, analyzing proposed transactions for unusual tax risks or undetermined tax benefits, advising clients on tax-efficient restructurings, and performing financial analysis / modeling to assess the tax consequences of specific transactions.

As a Mergers and Acquisitions Manager, you'll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
