Customer Experience Specialist

**Key Responsibilities:** - Provide friendly and attentive service to our merchants through various channels. - Investigate issues thoroughly to find quick solutions and provide long term fixes. - Work with different teams to resolve merchant concerns promptly using world class customer care skills. - Proactively identify ways to reduce merchant inquiries by taking preventive measures. - Reach out to merchants with unresolved issues to offer helpful solutions and improve satisfaction. - Keep detailed records of merchant interactions to help us improve our services.
**Qualifications:** - Fluent in English and French is a must. - Prior experience in customer service, retention, or sales. - Good communication skills to connect with merchants effectively. - Strong organizational skills to keep track of merchant interactions. - Ability to understand and solve problems with a positive attitude. - A team player who enjoys working toward a common goal. - Comfortable and versatile when working in a lively environment with various tasks. - Strong prioritization and time management skills. - Reliable and committed to providing excellent service that will build the Nuvei name.

Principales responsabilites :
Offrir un service amical et attentionne a nos marchands par l'intermediaire de divers canaux de communication.
Examiner les problemes en profondeur afin de trouver des solutions rapides et durables.
Collaborer avec differentes equipes pour resoudre rapidement les preoccupations des marchands en utilisant des competences de service a la clientele de calibre mondial.
Identifier de maniere proactive les facons de reduire les demandes des marchands en prenant des mesures preventives.
Communiquer avec les marchands dont les problemes demeurent non resolus afin de leur offrir des solutions utiles et d'ameliorer leur satisfaction.
Tenir des dossiers detailles des interactions avec les marchands afin d'aider a ameliorer nos services.

Qualifications:
Maitrise de l'anglais et Francais
Experience prealable en service a la clientele, en fidelisation ou en ventes.
Excellentes aptitudes en communication pour interagir efficacement avec les marchands.
Solides competences organisationnelles pour assurer le suivi des interactions avec les marchands.
Capacite a comprendre et a resoudre les problemes avec une attitude positive.
Esprit d'equipe et gout du travail collaboratif vers un objectif commun.
A l'aise et polyvalent dans un environnement dynamique comportant diverses taches.
Excellentes habiletes de gestion du temps et de priorisation.

Working Language

  • English (written and spoken) is the language used 99% of the time, as work colleagues and clientele are both geographically dispersed within and outside of Quebec
  • Internal communications between colleagues occur in English or in French, depending on the parties involved. Strategic suppliers are located outside of Quebec
  • A basic knowledge of French is required for any position located within Quebec. English is required for this position, as it could report to someone outside of Quebec, and requires frequent out of province communications
