We invest in our sleep ecosystem, innovative products, world-class customer experience, our communities and diverse best-in-class team to be Canada\'s leading sleep partner.We\'re looking for a Merchandising Analytics Coordinator to join our growing company and play a key role in our customer experience by ensuring each purchase ends in a smile!In this role you will:

• Track Category performance business results, and provide insights and summaries to help support and maximize the business
• Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly reports and provide analysis and recommendations for events, promos, vendor performance, e-commerce vs store results, etc..
• Monitor and report on sales for Drop Ship, inventory and forecasts for test assortments and communicate with external vendors
• Track performance of top performers and new styles, discontinued skus, margin opportunities
• Communicate and collaborate with internal teams (ie., Category Management, eCommerce, Sales, IT) and external stakeholders (ie., vendors) for managing inventory, assortments, developing promotions, etc\xe2\x80\xa6
• Identifying opportunities and developing new reporting
• Prepare presentations for management, adhoc projects and support team with any other reporting needs

QualificationsThe Qualifications and Experience we like to see:

• University/College Diploma or equivalent in Business, Purchasing, Supply Chain, (or equivalent).
• Minimum of 3 years experience in retail allocation, demand planning and related field
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and reporting skills with the ability to drive business insights and provide recommendations
• Attention to detail and accuracy are critical
• Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams as well as external stakeholders
• Advanced Excel and proficient in PowerPoint
• Familiarity with ERP and other systems would be an asset (ie., Click, Domo)
• Bilingual in French and English would be an asset
