Hillberg & Berk, a Canadian owned, women-led, purpose driven jewellery brand, is seeking a strategic planner with a passion for product performance and customer insights to join our team as a

Merchandiser.

In this role you will drive our assortment strategy to ensure collections are balanced, profitable, and aligned with brand and customer goals.

What You'll Do:

Build and manage seasonal line plans, assortment architecture, and pricing strategy. Establish revenue, margin, and inventory targets. Define product lifecycles and recommend buy depth and allocation strategies. Partner with cross-functional teams to align creative intent and commercial goals. Track and analyze sell-through, markdowns, and inventory productivity. Deliver actionable reporting and lead post-season recaps.

What You Bring:

6+ years of experience in merchandising, assortment planning, or buying within fashion, jewelry, or lifestyle categories. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in retail math and margin management. Experience managing assortments and product performance across multiple channels. Excellent collaboration skills and customer-obsessed mindset. Highly organized and proactive in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Range Starting At: $70,000 In addition to base salary, we also offer a competitive bonus program, benefits, and total rewards package.
